Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
  • Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
  • Orders placed after 12 PM (EST) may be processed the next business day.
  • We do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays.

🚀 Amazon-Backed Fulfillment: Since we use Amazon MCF, your order will be shipped from the nearest Amazon warehouse for faster delivery.

📦 Multiple Shipments: If you order multiple products, they may arrive in separate shipments based on inventory availability.

 

Shipping Locations & Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses at this time.

 

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier's website.
  • If you do not receive tracking details within 3 business days, please contact our customer support team.

 

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments

While we strive for timely deliveries, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or external factors. If your order is lost or stolen:

  • Check your tracking details for updates.
  • Wait 48 hours after a "Delivered" status, as carriers sometimes mark shipments early.
  • If your package is still missing, please contact our support team at info@himalayascare.com or support@himalayascare.com for further assistance.

🚨 Important: We are not responsible for incorrect addresses entered at checkout. Please double-check your address before placing an order.

 

Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, the customer may be responsible for:

  • ✅ Reshipping fees to resend the package.
  • ✅ A partial refund (excluding shipping costs) if the order is canceled due to non-delivery.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item(s)

We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if necessary.
