🚨 Important: We cannot accept returns of opened or used items due to health and safety reasons.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items purchased with a final sale or clearance label.
- Gift cards or promotional items.
- Any item returned after 14 days from the purchase date.
How to Initiate a Return

🚚 Return Shipping Costs:
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- If denied, we will notify you with an explanation.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.
